For Mod D2VN, the optimization of Secret Cow Level 1 is unlocked in Town Act I and can be found in the location shown in the picture:

Players can enter Secret Cow Level 1 without having to find the Wirt's Leg + Town = Cube Transmute material to open the gate anymore.
